- PRODUCT INFORMATION. The Glow Pro LED Photon Facial Device is a home-use beauty device designed for general skin care. It is NOT a medical device.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. - ORDERS & PAYMENT. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We accept [EFT, Card, Pay Fast, COD etc.]. Payment must be received before order is processed.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY. Delivery within South Africa takes 2-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays by courier companies. Risk passes to you once the product is handed to the courier.
- RETURNS & REFUNDS - 30 DAY GLOW GUARANTEE. We want you to love your results.30-Day Trial: If you’re not happy within 30 days of delivery, you can return the device for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Device must be in original condition with all packaging. Damaged/Defective: If your device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it or refund you. - WARRANTY. The Glow Pro device comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, drops, or unauthorized repairs. Warranty claim must include proof of purchase.
- SAFE USE & LIABILITY Not for everyone: Do not use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, are taking photosensitizing medication, have active skin cancer, or have a pacemaker without consulting your doctor first. Eye Safety: Do not stare directly into the LED lights. Use the included protective goggles. Age: Not recommended for children under 12 without adult supervision.
